Our logo is rooted in my Dominican heritage—the muñeca sin rostro, or faceless doll. She wears no expression because she represents everyone and no one all at once. She is a symbol of cultural richness, of blended histories, of the truth that we cannot be reduced to a single story.

Why The Leader's Guía?

The name itself tells our story. I'm Pamela Fuller, author of the bestselling The Leader's Guide to Unconscious Bias. That book sold more than 75,000 globally and was part of a movement around inclusive leadership—it was also full of my stories and focused on the power of empathy, curiosity and connection to make change. It taught me that the best work happens when we bring our whole selves to the table.

So, when I built this company, I chose guia instead of 'guide'—honoring my Dominican heritage and reminding us all that leadership is richer when we embrace our authentic identities. This isn't just a play on words. It's a commitment to working with clients who value cultural richness, diverse perspectives, and the courage to lead differently.
